What is 250 for 250?
250 for 250 is a Nation’s Finest campaign to raise $250,000 between April 19 and July 4 to expand life-altering services for Veterans and their families. Because independence isn’t just something we celebrate. For many Veterans, it’s something they’re still working to rebuild.
Every day, we ask Veterans what independence means to them and work to make it possible.
Reaching our $250,000 fundraising goal will expand our capacity and flexibility to meet more Veterans where they are and help them build what’s next.

On this date, ordinary citizens took up arms for a single ideal: independence is worth fighting for. Their courage gave birth to a nation. 251 years later, Nation’s Finest launches this campaign on the same date — driven by the same conviction that the people who defended our freedom deserve the chance to fully live it.
How to Get Involved
There are three main ways to take part in Nation’s Finest’s 250 for 250 Campaign.
Become a Named Sponsor
Give at a named sponsorship level (listed below) to be recognized on our website and in all campaign materials. Your name becomes part of the historical record of this campaign.
Support the Campaign
Donate any amount to help expand life-altering services for Veterans and their families in communities across the country.
Donors giving $1,776 or more receive a commemorative coin and a copy of the Declaration of Independence.
Spread the Word
Share this campaign with your network. Awareness drives action, and action changes lives. Help us reach supporters who haven’t heard of Nation’s Finest yet.
Named Sponsor Levels
Signer’s Society ($250) – Seeking 250 donors, one for each year of independence
- Helps provide basic needs and support for a Veteran in crisis
- The first 56 donors at this level are recognized as founding members, honoring the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence.
The Original 13+ ($2,500) – Seeking 50 donations in celebration of the 50 states
- Helps stabilize a Veteran in housing for one month
- Name or company logo displayed on our campaign webpage
- The first 13 donors are spotlighted as the “Original 13,” honoring the 13 colonies.
Our “John Hancock” ($25,000) – Seeking one title sponsor
- Expands services to 25 more Veterans we might not otherwise reach
- Name or company logo prominently displayed on our website for one year
- Listed as Title Sponsor in all 250 for 250 campaign materials
